Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 per year
(plus monthly profit sharing)

We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sous Chef / Kitchen Operator who’s passionate about delivering genuine hospitality and leading a kitchen team with pride.
# What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and jump in wherever needed during the shift
- Maintain outstanding food quality while keeping a close eye on waste and costs
- Manage hourly employee schedules
- Handle inventory, purchasing, and receiving from approved vendors
- Keep the kitchen spotless and fully compliant with local health regulations
- Train, coach, and develop the hourly kitchen team
# What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of kitchen leadership experience in a similar high-volume environment
- Strong background in scratch-made cooking
- Experience leading and supervising hourly team members
- Comfort working within budget guidelines
- Familiarity with restaurant scheduling and management software
- Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, equipment, and best practices
- A Culinary Arts degree is a plus, but not required
