About the Role
We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our team toward top operational performance while building a first-class restaurant crew. If you're ready to take the wheel and drive results, this could be your next stop.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Independently managing daily restaurant operations, including financial accountability
Leading, motivating, training, and developing your restaurant team
Building out a strong management structure
Recruiting and onboarding new employees
Upholding company standards, hygiene regulations, and product safety through consistent routines
Maintaining quality and safety benchmarks through smart staff scheduling
Owning restaurant revenue performance and driving sustainable long-term growth, including tracking and reporting key metrics
Hands-on involvement in food prep, sales, inventory checks, deliveries, and cash/safe reconciliation
Ensuring guests leave happy, every time
What You Bring to the Table
Completed vocational training (hospitality background preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management
At least 2 years of experience leading teams
Strong business instincts for the food service industry
A people-first attitude — with both colleagues and guests
Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
Flexibility and exceptional commitment
Reliability and a sense of responsibility
Confident decision-making and clear communication in a fast-paced setting
