Description
*Main activities
-Checking statement with Accountant and Finance Manager. -Giving collected payment to Finance Manager and deposit to the bank. -Make personal visits to collect debts. -Advise customers of default consequences and debt repayment policies. -Return product if customer remains unpaid. -Track down customer who owe money from overdue bills and negotiate payment. -Making phone call to customer inform about their debt payment. -Persuade customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims, or non-payable checks, or to return merchandise. -Sort and file correspondence, and perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering correspondence and writing reports. -Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes and purging the records of deceased customers. -Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts. -Other tasks assigned by the management. |
Job
Requirements
-At least
bachelor degree in business administration majoring in accounting, or
business related field.
-Working Experience: A minimum of 2-year experience in accounting position -Good command in English. -Honesty is a must. -Passionate about motorcycle industry. -Must be interested to travel. -Must be comfortable to work out under the sun. -Be able to work under high pressure. -Ability to manage and work independently. -Computer literacy in Microsoft offices applications |
