  Job Description

 Director, Social Media is responsible for development and implementation of social media strategies for Melco Resorts & Entertainment including acquisition, engagement and conversion. Generating campaigns to drive brand awareness, trial, sales and loyalty. Reporting to Vice President, Digital & CRM, and candidate will support overall property marketing campaigns and objectives along with the individual BUs. The role is expected to assist the team to leverage current and future social trends. Director, Social Media will manage a team of social content creators responsible for generating unique property content relevant to our social followers as well as engagement officers, responsible for creation and implementation of social campaigns. Director, Social Media will also manage our social and digital agencies to make sure they’re aligned with the direction of our property marketing team and collectively we reach our social media acquisition, engagement and conversion targets.

  Primary Responsibilities EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
  • Development and implementation of effective social media strategies for acquisition, engagement and conversion
  • Generating campaigns to drive brand awareness, trial, sales and loyalty
  • Support overall property marketing campaigns and objectives
  • Work with internal business units to plan and coordinate the social media campaigns, ensuring proper integration and alignment with overall marketing strategy
  • Leverage social media trends to increase presence in core market of China
  • Continually generate compelling content and campaigns to engage our followers and drive conversion
  • Source and manage relationships with social media platform partners and agencies
  • Lead social CRM and social monitoring program, coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Develop clear departmental KPIs and analytics.
