- Manage efforts to grow new business, increase existing revenue and provide top level customer service to current accounts.
- Hold status meetings with sales staff to create strategies and define prioritized tasks.
- Analyze groups to determine sales quotas and lead initiatives to ensure sales staff meets or exceeds goals.
- Recruit, train, coach and introduce new sales associates and mid-level sales managers.
- Identify sales best practices and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to promote APLL products and services
- And other assigned by authorized line superior.

Job Requirements

	- Experience at least 4 years in logistic - Excellent in English Proven communication and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical skill and hands on experience in preparing business report and analysis. - Ability to pursue new business opportunities.
