TEKsystems is seeking a Call Center Manager for a contract to hire posistion is Kissimmee, FL.
Job Description:
This person will be mostly doing project work. They will be enhancing things around their existing call center solutions. For example there will be changes to the existing web services, there will be SQL modifications to data, there will be changes in work flow, changes in the way the data moves potentially, and changes related to Salesforce. Essentially, as they will be adding new call centers there will be additional work to do, so it is mostly modifications to existing processes. There may be entirely new processes.The business is looking at adding additional third party call centers so there will be changes and enhancements around all of those business processes that will require software changes. They could be modifying existing services, writing new integration points, and integrating new objects in Salesforce. Another plus for the Technical Lead is troubleshooting any issues that go beyond 1st level of support.
Posistion requirements:
Call center backround (Dialer technology and Scripting)
Knowledge of C# and web services
Knowledge of Salfesforce and intergration
Knowledge of SQL
This company is looking for someone who knows C# because they have SSIS Packages that is not understood by anyone on the team. They need someone to understand the entire process and documenting. They eventually want to redesign the process / infrastructure. Understanding Pragmatic Works Tools and/or informatica is a plus. Jams jobs, PowerShell are also things they are looking for.
